Aquatic Personal Training

Aquatic personal training sessions are available for clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Our instructors design individualized exercise programs catered to each participant's unique fitness and wellness goals.

- has specific goals, like improving balance, losing weight, or strengthening before knee replacement surgery

- wants to reduce the chance of overuse injuries with your current land-based recreational hobbies like walking & pickleball?

- needs help in the pool but doesn’t have anyone to assist you?

- would like the accountability of scheduled personal training sessions?

- has a child who might benefit from 1:1 pool sessions with a pediatric aquatic therapist?

How It Works:

  1. SIGN UP - If personal training sounds like a good fit for you, call or email us to schedule your first appointment!

  2. YOUR FIRST SESSION - Is always 1:1 and includes time on “land” and in the water. A staff member will interview & evaluate you to determine your goals, current abilities, and how to structure your workouts. The remaining session time will be spent exercising in the pool and further assessing your water skills for placement in classes or personal training groups (if that’s your preference).

  3. SCHEDULE MORE SESSIONS - You decide if you’d like 1:1 or small group sessions, how often, and request your trainer (Breanna or Travis)!

Rates

Payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be made with cash, check or credit card.

  • First Session: $100

  • Private Personal Training (1:1): $85/session or package of 5 sessions for $375 (all packages expire 2 months after date of purchase; no exceptions)

  • Group Personal Training: $55/session or package of 5 sessions for $225 (all packages expire 2 months after date of purchase; no exceptions)

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel reservations with at least 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid a late fee equivalent to 1 session (or 1 session from a prepaid package). Late fees will be charged to the credit card on file and must be paid prior to the next scheduled personal training session.
