Class Descriptions & Schedule
Traditional Group Classes:
Aqua Circuit (Beginner level)
New to water fitness? In this introductory class, participants move through a series of circuits or stations in shallow & deep water. Using both pool equipment and water resistance, this full-body workout addresses strength, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Class is offered on a “pop up” basis to assess for placement in other pool classes or programs.
Wavemakers (intermediate level)
Our most popular class, this total body workout delivers high intensity, low impact cardio & strength training in both shallow & deep water. Participants should have deep water exercise experience and be comfortable wearing a buoyancy belt or using buoyancy equipment for support.

Aqua Boot Camp (Intermediate-advanced level)
Get ready to work hard, get wet, AND see results! Using a combination of interval training, circuits, and competitive games, participants will build lean muscle mass & improve cardiovascular fitness. Expect the unexpected in our most challenging group class!

Aqua HIIT (Intermediate-advanced level)
This innovative deep water class allows for maximal cardiovascular conditioning with minimal joint forces! Performing high intensity interval training in the pool enables participants to work out harder than on land… and with less joint pain & less muscle soreness afterwards! Deep water exercise experience is highly recommended.

Small Group Specialty Classes:
S'WET (Intermediate-advanced level)
S’WET is a shallow water only class that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with plyometrics, strength sets, and unique resistance equipment for an energizing, fun, and results-driven workout. Water shoes are recommended. Bring a water bottle.

Aqua Yoga (all levels)
Traditional land-based asanas are modified for the pool, with a strong focus on connecting breath with movement. Classes consist of a guided warm-up, spinal mobility poses, and standing & balancing asanas using a variety of props. Each class ends with a floating mediation (Savasana). No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Water Warriors (all levels)
Taught by an ABS-Combat certified instructor, participants will gain strength, coordination, and endurance through mixed martial arts (MMA) inspire movements in this shallow water only class. No kickboxing experience is needed!
Aqua Hips & Knees (beginner - intermediate level)
Led by an aquatic physical therapist, this class is designed for individuals with knee or hip pain who may be preparing for or recovering from surgery (or just trying to avoid it altogether!). Build hip and leg strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance in both shallow and deep water, and feel the difference on land!
Hard Core Balance (beginner - intermediate level)
In this shallow water class, clients will improve balance, core stability, coordination, and strength in a safe, small group setting. This class is perfect for individuals with a history of falls, Parkinson’s Disease, neurological disorders, or other balance concerns.
