AQUA YOGA

Water makes yoga accessible for everyone!

In Aqua Yoga, traditional land-based asanas are modified for the pool with a strong focus on connecting breath with movement. Classes consist of a guided warm-up, standing & balancing asanas using a variety of props, and a floating savasana.

JULY SCHEDULE:

  • Wednesdays at 3pm

  • Saturdays at 8am

DETAILS:

  • Shallow water class

  • All levels

  • Up to 3 students/class

  • No yoga experience is required.

PRICING:

  • Single Class: $40

  • Package of 5 Classes: $150

Yoga in the pool with Breanna has been vital to my knee rehab and overall core strength and balance. She explains poses with patient detail, highlights how moving slightly differently can change how the stretch feels, and gives clear options to adjust as needed.
