Take your water workouts to new heights!
Get ready to make a splash in our NEW floating fitness classes! Our Aqua Body Strong boards are similar to SUPs (stand up paddleboards) and anchored in deep water. Popular land-based exercises, like squats, push-ups, and burpees, are performed on the boards for the ultimate balance challenge!
INTRO TO SUP
- Learn techniques to safely get on (and fall off!) the boards, practice your skills, and get your feet wet with core, cardio, and yoga-inspired moves

SUP FIT
- Cardio, strength, balance & more… on and off the SUPs!

“If you’re up for an excellent workout, a definite challenge, and a lot of fun, give the SUP classes at Anderson Aquatics a try! It may take you a few classes to find your sea legs, but you’ll be surprised to discover the overall core and strength benefits as well!”
Prerequisites:
- Clients must know how to swim & be comfortable in deep water without flotation devices.
- Clients must be at least 12 years old (with a parent on site).
- Clients must have sufficient upper body strength to climb onto the boards with their feet off the floor.
Our SUP classes are not appropriate for:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with motion sickness
- Anyone with current injuries or underlying medical conditions
Our SUP classes are GREAT for:
- Surfers, paddleboarders, swimmers, and anyone who loves the water (or water sports!)
- Folks who are bored with “standard” fitness classes and ready for a new challenge
- Athletic, mature kids
- Anyone who wants to improve their balance and core strength in a fun, small group environment!
